Graduation is a time to reflect, remember, and dream. The four years spent working towards earning a diploma can often be busy and even stressful, however, looking back it always seems that the time flew by. Every obstacle that was presented offered an opportunity for new experiences and chances to learn and grow.
Here are a few bible verses to reflect on during graduation.
“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.
“That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.”
“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”
“But blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. He will be like a tree planted by the water… its leaves are always green. Is has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”
“The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.”
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
“Listen to the advice and accept instruction, that you may gain wisdom in the future. Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.”
During this season of new beginnings have faith in the Lord and ask him to make your way clear. Use His wisdom to help find clarity and direction in your life and understand that His timing is perfect. Be strengthened as you sense the freshness of your spirit, instilled with hope. Graduation is a truly special time and the future holds never-ending opportunities to grow, develop, and flourish.
